Great food and location! Had a great stay in a convenient location within walking distance to great shopping centers and local attractions. the food at the hotel was top, notch and the customer service exceeded our expectations. We also loved the comfortable beds and easy access to public transportation.
No early check, in and limited breakfast options. the hotel did not offer early check, in so we had to wait until the designated time to check, in.

We truly enjoyed location and staff, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. Gloucester quays was situated on the doorstep.
It was all superb.

The room was good with nothing to complain about, overall, everything was excellent, the cafe bar was a very nice addition, and the parking was conveniently close to the hotel.

Great Location, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff
Had a lovely stay in central Gloucester. The hotel was conveniently located near popular shops and restaurants. The room was quite pleasant and meticulously clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff made us feel at home by greeting us warmly and providing helpful service. Two particular perks were the complimentary breakfast as well as the option to store our luggage before check-in.
The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, but it was limited to 30 minutes a day. This was rather inconvenient and sometimes prevented us from getting work done.
